This makes the Phoxx more versatile than other tents as it can be pitched without the outer flysheet to camp under the stars. It’s fairly easy to pull up, but it was a fine day and it wasn’t there wasn’t any wind, it’s not like the Banshee, where you can flow up the two skins together. It also withstood a lot of wind, although I did feel a slight lifting of the front, other tents suffered my more than the Jackal. It has a bit more room than my Cobra 2, but the Coleman erects all in one, not inner first, so it comes down to personal preference really.
