The cover is cute, the art for the character names for each chapter is adorable and unique, and the title is refreshing (I've said it before and I'll say it again- these 2 word cringy titles are making my eyes bleed). But seriously, I just need more Lucifer/Lilith, I know she’d slay us all with the most amazing kinky yet soft story for these two. They are both incredibly proud of Emma and love her, but they don’t really know how to be parents to her. They’re starting from scratch with their relationship, with all the knowledge of who they actually are to each other, which I think allows them to become close in a unique way.

The actual plot was really interesting too, it left you wondering what was going to happen next whilst keeping the spice level high throughout. By this time, I had already had two vodka sodas and was feeling pretty flirtatious, so after that third drink, I asked him if he felt like walking me home. Not everything in this book quite rang true to me, as far as the behavior of 14 year old boys, beyond the obvious farce.And like his conversation with Emma about “moments”, he is finding the good in a bad situation and trying to enjoy it and do everything he can to help her in the way she needs instead of dwell on the bad (that she is all grown up and doesn’t need the kind of advice they missed out on giving).
