The way she carries herself, doesn't take shit from people, always does what she thinks is best for her including getting back at Grayson to protect herself and finally when she let goes of everything, accepting her past alongwith Grayson was what I needed. and for some reason his therapist who was trying to prevent his death penalty -which she did the opposite- falls in love with him🤨🤨 obviously it's fiction but there's no way a doctor could be this unethical?

My head is spinning with so many questions right now, I can’t even articulate what I want to say without dropping some much needed F bombs. This book is that perfect treat for all those dark romance junkies out there, who just cannot get enough of the depraved and the dubious morals; so if you are one of those, then I guess I cannot recommend this enough.

This man should’ve made me sick to my stomach with his past transgressions but there was so much more to him. Starting this I really had no idea what I was getting myself into, straight away your immersed into a courtroom setting that set the pace of this outstanding novel that had me gobsmacked from start to finish. If you are looking for a tense, gripping edge of the seat, twisted kind of read this is definitely for you! The writing will transport you into a world impossible to leave behind even after you read the last page.

The whole time I was reading this I just wanted to laugh at the beautiful irony of someone like London being a criminal psychologist. With that purpose in mind, it actually kept me quite interested, it held certain points of suspense that made me want to read on! this book probably won't change your life and i think some of the psychology was dubious and a little overdone. I loved the pull between out two main characters and the sexual tension that came with it, the book seemed to focus more on this rather than the overarching plot which I really enjoyed.
