While there's nothing like actually holding a book in your hands, there's also no denying that the cost of those books can add up quickly. He has in large part been ignoring the fact that Kagiura is in love with him, but not after this chapter. Kagiura is trying to come to terms with his feelings for Hirano in the second volume of Shou Harusono’s spin-off to fan-favourite Sasaki and Miyano.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. But I want to talk a bit about how much Hirano taking care of and doing things for Kagiura is a part of that happiness. I think we’re meant to hope/think that Hirano will eventually stop protesting that he doesn’t feel anything for his smitten kohai ‘in that way’ and will give way to Kagi’s relentless insistence.Ever wondered why the heck Hirano didn’t get that Kagiura’s second confession was meant to be romantic? According to mangaka Shou Harusono’s afterword, it was the ten-page extra chapter at the end of Volume 2 of Sasaki and Miyano featuring Hirano and Kagi-kun that inspired all the requests – but do these two deserve a whole series of their own? This is a delightful first volume that’s bound to please the fans of her main series but also makes a good starting point for new readers; it certainly pleased me! This gives Kagiura the chance to be in control, to show what he can do best (and far better than Hirano) and is a clever move by Hirano as it evens out the balance of power within the relationship a little – even if they do eventually end up in the nurse’s office, with Kagi tending to Hirano’s blistered hands.

This is my first time translating a whole novel for posting so I’m not too confident in how it’ll work out but 🤞 I’ll do my best!

But he’s mature enough to reassure Kagiura that there will be other opportunities in the future and he’ll have to make sure to take care of himself.

Niibashi’s the one to suggest that Kagiura is relying too much on Hirano; maybe, instead of Hirano having to wake him up every morning, he could wake Hirano up instead? So as the end of the school year approaches, Kagiura realizes that these might be their last days sharing a room. I know that the Manga is apparently still going on and things seems pretty positive between the two from what I saw but I'm afraid that it's just all Kagiura point of view of him thinking he have a chance so his and my hopes of them getting together in the end are too high. Over time, Kagiura finds himself falling deep in love with Hirano, thinking that he would like to marry him. Eventually it comes out; Kagiura is asking himself if he missed the crucial shot because he was still ill.As for Hirano he is a tsundere (If I'm correct XD )I actually love how supportive he is with Kagiura and also with the side characters and gives consideration to Kagiura's Feelings.

Usually the first chapter of a series “only” has to deal with readers who don’t know the characters. From a story-telling point of view, she still favours the slow burn, although here, maybe something else is going on?

Yen Press has delivered an attractive volume that matches the others in the ongoing Sasaki and Miyano series with four colour pictures at the start, showcasing Harusono’s skilful use of radiant colour. Niibashi suggests that Kagiura learn to become more independent, and Kagiura decides that he wants their relationship to be more akin to that of equals. A determined , respectful gentleman and a straightforward person *chef's kiss* nothing more to say here I just freaking love him. However, Kagiura is still not satisfied with the level of equality in their relationship, and asks Hirano to rely on him more. Hirano to Kagiura has to work for at least three groups of readers simultaneously: people who only know Hirano and Kagiura from Sasaki to Miyano extras, people who have read the novel Hirano to Kagiura is a sequel of, and people who are going into it blindly.
