If you look at Orion’s Belt, those three stars in a row, andfollow the line downward to your left, you see a very bright star,which is Sirius A. If you follow them upward about twice the dis-tance, you see the Pleiades. The information in the Dogon cavespecifically showed another star rotating around Sirius.
