If VWR’s performance of the services is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of the customer, VWR shall without limiting its other rights or remedies, have the right to suspend performance of the services until the customer remedies the position and VWR shall not be liable for any losses or costs arising from such delay. Surface and Water System Disinfection: Effective for routine disinfection of surfaces, earth, wood, concrete, and water systems. Non-Corrosive and Biodegradable: A non-corrosive, non-bleaching, and biodegradable formula suitable for porous surfaces.

Aerial Disinfection

Pots, flats, trays: Use a dilution of 1:100 or 1.3 oz. per gallon of clean water. Soak tools to ensure complete coverage. Caution: Persons must leave and animals/poultry and their feed must be removed from the premises prior to disinfection. You can for convenience dissolve the tablet direct into a spray bottle following the same procedures. Virkon™ S may also be used to disinfect irrigation tanks and lines. Not an approved use in California. Run a 1% solution through the system or soak equipment in a 1% solution. Let stand for ten minutes and flush system with clean water after treatment. Have the product container or label with you when calling a Poison Control Center or doctor or going for treatment.

PESTICIDE STORAGE: For pails, jugs, bottles: Store in a cool dry place in tightly closed container. Keep out of reach of children. Always replace lid after use. Retain desiccant canister with product during storage. Do not mix this product with other chemicals. VWR may at any time, without limiting any other rights and remedies that it may have, set off any amount owing to it by the customer under the contract against any amount payable by VWR to the customer (whether under the contract or a separate agreement). Any liability accepted by VWR under this contract is in lieu of any terms implied by law as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the products and/or the standard of the services and all such implied terms are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the contract between VWR and the customer. The customer shall indemnify VWR against any claims made against VWR by the customer’s employees, contractors or agents. Intellectual property rights Remove all litter droppings and manure from floors, walls and surfaces of barns, pens, stall, chutes and other facilities and fixtures occupied or traversed by poultry or other animals.

PROCESSING PLANTS: Spray Virkon™ S at 1% solution to disinfect and clean walls, ceilings and floors. Saturate hard, non-porous surfaces for a period of 10 minutes. Allow surfaces to air dry.Immerse all halters, ropes, and other types of equipment used in handling and restraining animals, as well as forks, shovels, and scrapers used for removing litter and manure. Cold and Organic Challenge Resistant: Maintains high effectiveness in cold temperatures and in the presence of organic contaminants. VWR shall provide services to the customer in accordance with the specification agreed between them from time to time. Such services will be provided with all reasonable care and skill.
