I hear you only plywood for re-boarding, however does it need to be marine plywood, or just ordinary ply? I got leaky Alutech and my mother has one to. As does my friend and a colleague. 10 warranty does not stop it leaking and it is not 10 years anyway. it is 6 and you can pay for the rest up to 10. Select a washer to spread the load over the interior of the fixing recess and, if necessary, drill out this washer to the hole size required and file down the sides to get a good fit in the recess. You will probably use the largest size wood screw for refixing, as you need hidden access to the rear of the panel for putting nuts on bolts.

You have many more rights under SOGA (sale of goods act) in addition to warranty and without comprimiseing warranty. SOGA claim should also not be warranty history which will devalue your caravan when you come to trade it Hindsight is the most wonderful tool we have... only coming to fruition normally after a major situation. I do know that some motorhome owners want their cab to be more secure when they are actually inside and using the motorhome, especially while they are asleep. Whilst there is really shoddy sealant on the outside edges of the window rubbers, there is most definitely nothing at all below... I presume there should be? I think you've lost your way a little with the SOGA, We all understand your frustrations, quite a few of us have been or still are at the receiving end of some of these problems, but at the same time one has to be reasonable.
