Blend the buttered crumbs with several tablespoons of finely grated Cheddar or Cheshire cheese; cover the crabmeat mixture with this topping. Blend gelatin with the hot coffee and sugar substitute to taste, stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. The quality and wide selection of our fish, meat, poultry and game is outstanding and so are our dairy products. It can be served with hot toast, biscuits or bread and it is excellent with various salads or with fruit, fruit chutney or fruit sauce.
