We apply the same quality first approach as we would with beer and seek out the finest producers that align with our core values. Apples are one of the UK’s richest culinary treasures and we’re proud to show them off through these Ciders. Our range of cider includes the award winning Hogans among others. Mixed beer drink made from 50% wheat beer (water, wheat malt, barley malt. hop extract, yeast) and 50% Pineapple flavoured drink.

Schofferhofer - Grapefruit - House of Ales

This refreshing German wheat beer is crisp and refreshing, and it has a Caribbean flavor with juicy grapefruit notes. Wheat beers contain a high concentration of wheat in the grain bill. Barley is less difficult to work with than wheat grains, making it preferred by most brewers. Typically, the alcohol content of this beer ranges between 3% and 6%. They’ve been singing the praises of wheat beer since 1978, when the original Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen was produced in its traditional, unfiltered form.
