Even true hardwire bypass effects stomp boxes (of which this is) still suffer losses from the added cables needed to wire them in. The Carbon Copy Mini offers a switch between the standard and bright settings, while the Carbon Copy Deluxe (my personal favourite) takes it one step further by adding a tap tempo switch and various other features to the mix.

The Carbon Copy also features glow in the dark controls, such a simple idea yet so useful on dark stages. The dark tone combined with the lower volume makes the Carbon Copy unsuitable for playing staccato licks.It is not the most versatile delay pedal out there, but It is sure to add some beautiful ambience to your playing and thicken up your guitar solos.

On the tonal side, the Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay lets you choose between the original s dark, mellow wash and the vibrant articulation of the Bright version with the push of a switch. Unlike most stomp boxes, this one has the power cord on the side which can interfere with the routing of the audio cables.
