You can find it on the deli, in wedges, sliced and even snack sticks, making it extremely versatile for all manner of meals. This uncommon Italian variety is closely related to the classic Italian Frantoio variety, and this more complex version shares some of the same variety characteristics. The leaves are picked from around 80 year old tea trees so whilst this is not a gushu like our retired Sacred Owl, it is certainly not made from garden tea and has a strong depth.
