About this deal

The Upside of Falling by Alex Light is a fun tale of unexpected love. This heartwarming YA novel should be added to your to-read list if you love heartwarming fake relationship books. I may have mentioned before that they wanted to meet each other-But what happens if they meet and see its all been a lie? That they aren’t truly made for one another and after all these years, falling in love with one another is all a big fat waste? They could talk to each other about anything but vowed not to meet in person or look each other up on social media because it could ruin everything. I feel like that a lot. I know it's pathetic to want a place among other people, and I know you'll say it's better to stand in a crowd and be wrong, but... I still feel that need all the time. Do you ever feel it? I wonder if the cheerleader feels it. When the music stops and everyone goes home? When the day is gone and she doesn't have anyone to entertain herself with? When she removes her makeup, taking off her brave face for the day, do the demons she keeps buried start playing with her when there's no one else to play with? It’s just sad that because of that, many readers give this book 5 stars, ignoring all the rest. By the time I got to the sex scenes, I hated them both so much that I almost felt like skipping their intimacy moment. Punk 57 Book Review: There’s a Cool Plot Twist

And, because of this problem, I really don’t let myself indulge in the finer trashy books in life. I don’t normally miss them, either, if I’m being honest. But there comes a time when you’re just in the mood for something hot, angsty, and completely antagonistic you’d go so far as to search into your old roots. And, it just so happens, I have a friend who knows me about as well as anyone….and she specializes in smut, the little tart. Out of all of the books, BULLY was my favorite to write. It was easier before I knew how I would be critique …more Thank you for your question! My first! :) Hardin knows he’s wrong for a sweet girl like Tessa, but he can’t resist her. To make things even more complicated, Tessa already has a boyfriend who truly cares for her.

Fat tears spill over, and I feel a weight on my shoulders. It’s not Trey. It’s not Lyla. It’s me. I don’t know who I’m supposed to be. The story continues with Masen’s internal struggle about revealing his true identity to Ryen. He’s torn between confessing and fearing that she’ll hate him once she discovers the truth. He sneaks into her house early in the morning, contemplating how to tell her. Ryen, on the other hand, would talk about the problems she had at school, how she wanted to be the most popular and beloved girl in her class, to be cheered on, and to be loved. As it turns out, Misha couldn’t hold up any longer without seeing Ryen and he took a leap of faith and went to see who his muse truly was.

As they drive together, Ryen’s nervousness is evident. She’s aware of the risks she’s taking, especially given her future aspirations and college acceptances. Yet, her infatuation with Masen makes it hard for her to refuse him anything. When she asks her friend Andrew for help to impress a new guy in town, she realizes that she might have had feelings for something that’s always been in front of her. In Punk 57, Misha hated everything Ryen stood for. At the same time, he couldn’t deny his attraction to her. By far the best part of this book is when Misha decides that its all been a lie-that Ryen is a fake, a phoney, and nothing at all like she is in her letters. When he realizes this, sees he has fallen for a girl that is all smoke and mirrors, as fake as a person can be, he snaps. He immediately hates her. How could she be so different than that beautiful girl (on the inside) he had been talking to all these years? Ryen and Misha were pen pals by mistake. Over the years, they become not only the best pen pals but the best of friends, always looking forward to a new letter from each other.

If you want to read a story with a similar vibe, you should add The Sweetest Oblivion by Danielle Lori to your list.So don’t ever change. (Both of us, because you know we’re on the same tribe, right?) It didn’t take long for us to figure out the mistake. And in no time at all, we were arguing about everything. The best take-out pizza. I got to the point where it became mundane, meaningless, and I felt like I was trapped in a pretty bad book funk. And I was-that’s the problem. Are they laughing at you? Talking about you? Are they sneering at you like their perfect world would be so much better if you weren’t there, messing up their view? This story starts off on a sweet note as Lily jots some of her favorite lyrics on her desk. To her surprise, the next day, the lyrics have been continued, and there’s a note on her desk. Misha and Ryen have been pen-pal friends for 7 years. They’d never met and promised to never meet not to ruin their relationship. However, they live only 50km apart, in small towns, and Misha is part of a band, that promotes an event in a place close to Ryen’s town. To his surprise, she’s there. She doesn’t recognize him but he does. He doesn’t say anything, though.
