I looove that Nikolai doesn’t want Amara to be a weak person. He wants to build her and have her be strong

Even for a man as cruel and calculating as Egor Baranov, handing your daughter over to a hardened criminal to suit your own business needs is low. But that’s exactly what he did. Really nothing special about this. Characters were annoying. Honestly didn’t care for any of them, the weird attempt at kink to love story with violent leanings. Female main character was pathetic and the male was could be any alpha male there was nothing unique or interesting about either.

And that's what he does when his woman feels threatened. NIKOLAI that man I swear I was drooling all over him!! He also had a plan with his brother but it changed with Amara. The things he says to Amara I had to change my own panties because that mouth!! I'll be his dirty girl anyday 😏 Leone’s ability to create complex and multifaceted characters is commendable. Gabriel, with his brooding charisma, exudes a dangerous allure that is impossible to resist. The protagonist’s growth and inner strength make her a relatable and empowering heroine. The dynamics between the characters are electric, filled with tension and raw passion.

Nikolai catches a glimpse of his young bride-to-be and he cannot wait to taste her and teach her all the sinful things of his dreams. But he has bigger plans for Amara than just a docile, submissive wife. Sure, he wants her submissive in his bed, but only because she craves it. I bow down to you Jenika Snow for such a spicy and delicious story! We met Nikolai in Arlo's book and the glimpses we get of him lead the reader to believe he is going to be a crazy one. He does not disappoint. The man is a ruthless killer that holds onto his reputation and status with an iron fist. There are very few people he cares about and when he enters into an arranged marriage to bring two sides together, he sees it as a means to an end. Little does he know that when he sees his betrothed for the first time she becomes everything to him and he would do anything to keep her safe and ONLY his. An arranged marriage where I’d be at the mercy of the man who’d no doubt see me as his property, where I was sure he’d be just as cruel and violent as every other Made Man I’d known in my life. I was terrified of the lengths Nikolai would go to get what he wanted… to keep me as his, but despite all of that I felt something far stronger, far more dangerous.how OTT obsessed, JP, and PROTECTIVE Nikolai is👀! This man will do A👏🏻NY👏🏻THING for his woman 😍. This is true love right there 😭. Someone looks at her funny? Disrespects her? Gets too close to her? They better be ready to deal with the consequences 💅. It doesn’t matter if it’s family, friends, or a parent 🤷🏻‍♀️. He. Gives. No. F’s 💁🏻‍♀️. Our Amara has been raised to be chattel. She is a daughter of the Italian Mob and after barely coming of age, she is being married off to Nikolai Petrov, a sociopath in the Bratva, to form an alliance. She will have to leave her sister and brother behind and be an obedient wife and possession to him. They had great chemistry together he even took his time with her on their honeymoon. I can't wait for the other brother to have his story hopefully soon.
