It’s going to be hard to wait for volume two to come out and I’m so happy to be excited for the anticipation. The character was intriguing and intimidating…until Zdarsky revealed that Red Mask is just a Joker wannabe. The ever phychological play in Batman´s mind is one of my most favorite aspects, and this book just went and layed another layer on it!

Bruce survives by slowing his heart rate and use Bialyan graveolens to disinfect and enhance regeneration. Henri Ducard explains that Hubert Glonet is part of The Foundling, serial killers targeting wealthy families. He removes his specially-designed uniform pants, wrapping them around his face to protect the exposed skin, while falling toward the Arctic circle in the final leg of the 240,000-mile trip. He is a version of Batman purely devoted to the mission, no matter the personal cost, and he might very well want Batman dead because he is beginning to see "flaws".

To me it reads like the creative team has no idea how to end this conflict, so they choose the most lazy way out, without any payoff.

Making Batman more human, or better able to balance both sides of himself, would be a unique spin that has never been attempted before. How does Batman expect the League to take down someone like him — someone who knows them all, knows their every move, and has planned for all of them?At the end of his analysis, Gayen wrote: "Chip Zdarsky uses the debut issue of Batman: The Knight to propel Bruce Wayne on a lengthy trial to strengthen his mind, soul, and body". Bruce knocks out Daniel Captio, and both Bruce and Anton go to the Crystal Hills of Abu Dhabi to meet up with Ra's Al Ghul. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.
