It has a smaller 14 inch screen, which is fine as a secondary screen, and with a 1080p resolution, it still has a high pixel density that makes images look sharp.

The brightness dips to around 125nits in blue light mode (or B as it comes up on the screen), of course, and this is actually how I found myself using the monitor most of the time, switching to A only when I needed a boost in brightness. Its "power pass through" design lets you charge both the ThinkVision M14 and your laptop with a single adapter. TelQuest International is a leading independent supplier of business telecommunication products in the USA and Canada. The 14-inch in-plane switching (IPS) panel has a native 1080p (1,920-by-1,080-pixel) native resolution, for a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. Being a portable monitor, it doesn't offer much in terms of ergonomics, but you can tilt it, and there's a small height adjustment stand so that you can make the screen even with your laptop. You'll find all your computing needs including Laptops and Desktop Computers as well as Computer Monitors and Accessories. It’s an unusually stylish product for the business side of tech with it’s very thin design, excellent kickstand and tiny bezels.

You might be wondering why there are two ports on the M14 and it’s so you can also plug in a power cable. The Lenovo has wider viewing angles thanks to its IPS panel, but the Samsung has a higher contrast ratio with its VA panel. Since 2004, I have worked on PCMag’s hardware team, covering at various times printers, scanners, projectors, storage, and monitors.

Although it doesn't make the ThinkVision M14 as "ultra panoramic", it's still satisfying for multi-screen setups. Whether you’ll use it enough to justify spending that much on one is up to you but for the regular traveller who will benefit from a second screen with minimal hassle, it’s likely to pay for itself by way of improved productivity. Its “power pass through” design lets you charge both the ThinkVision M14 and your laptop with a single adapter. Thanks to its easy portability and high-quality panel, the M14 is a good choice for businesspeople or consumers who have a laptop with a USB Type-C port that supports DisplayPort video out.

The ASUS is an ultrawide gaming monitor with a 34 inch screen and 3440x1440 resolution, while the Lenovo is a 14 inch portable monitor with a 1080p resolution. The Lenovo can display a much wider range of colors in SDR and has much better color accuracy after calibration. The screen looks darker, and the colors look a bit washed out when viewing from above and below, so it's best not to tilt the screen too much if you want to maintain an accurate image. It has okay brightness and decent reflection handling, but it's best to avoid using it in bright rooms. Either way, the screen has a matt finish so I didn’t have any issues with glare, unlike my glossy laptop. There weren't any instructions on how to do this in the user guides, and we had to find a more detailed manual online. The Lenovo ThinkVision M14 and the Dell C1422H are nearly identical, and we suspect they share the same panel.
