We provide free food allergy training where you and your staff can learn more about managing allergens in a kitchen and how to cater for allergen information requirements. If you fail to act on advice given by the local authority, an improvement notice may be issued. If you do not meet the requirements of this notice, you will be issued with a penalty. If you serve or supply food direct to the public, you may be covered by the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme.
