The Festive Friends at Home programme has been our BIGGEST EVER so far, with an increase of 90.2% of people taking part. It’s been a tough year for everyone due to Covid-19, but of course, it has been especially difficult for the elderly who are at higher risk of social isolation. Not only will these people receive support with transport to the stadium, enjoy a warm meal and be presented with a Christmas gift, there is also an immeasurable social benefit in meeting other people and making new friends within the community.
