They have also won many awards for their build quality. ASUS doesn’t do particularly well when it comes to business laptops. Their laptops are mostly intended for the general public. To determine the build quality of Asus and HP laptops, we decided to look at the repair frequency. This gives us a fair figure of how often the laptops break. The company Rescuecom has published a table that shows the reliability of laptop brands. Brand ASUS has decent customer support, and most people are satisfied with it. They have a 1-year warranty on most of their laptops, sometimes even two years. However, that isn’t always a bad thing. For the most part, their laptops are good enough for normal people.
