It is obviously not a very detailed book but it has enough detail for young people with vaginas to learn more - I wish I had read this book when I was 16. As an adult reader, I learned lots, and can only imagine how useful it would have been as a guide in my adolescent years.

I do think that more information should have been included about illnesses such as endometriosis, PCOS, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis and fibroids. As a 34 year old woman with severe endometriosis, I didn't learn anything from this book apart from a few interesting statistics but that is okay as I am hardly the target audience for this book. Encompassing mental health, friendship issues, navigating the online world, and much much more, we hope these books will be a comfort and a support. Not only does the art feature female bodies in a range of sizes and skin colors, it also includes a variety of abilities and identities.
