The story surrounds the teen genius Nasa Yuzaki and his developing relationship with his new wife, Tsukasa, who saves him in a car accident at the beginning of the story. From the day his parents named him, Nasa Yuzaki has felt connected to outer space…whether he likes it or not. Nasa asks Tsukasa her feelings about weddings and Tsukasa discovers Nasa does not know how much it cost and preparation time is needed to plan a wedding.

Tsukasa and Nasa settle into their temporary home, and during dinner, Nasa complements Tsukasa's cooking.Tsukasa, Aya, and Chitose later agree to have a tournament where Nasa has to do anything the winner asks. In Fly Me to the Moon manga: After recovering from his injuries, Nasa tosses his previous ambitions aside and dedicates his life to finding the girl that captured his heart, yet several years pass to no avail. His efforts to outperform the space program veer off course when an accident introduces him to Tsukasa, a mysterious girl with strange powers. Later, Tsukasa decides to help out with chores at the bathhouse, and Kaname thanks Tsukasa for saving Nasa. At the service area, Tsukasa tries the lime udon she heard about through a TV show, but finds it disappointing.
