I also quite recommend something like the Oyster Zero, even if pre-owned, though I am not sure whether it is available where you live. The Lara is a great travel stroller for babies 6 months and older, up to 50 pounds, and has good-size storage bins.we don't have a car and I will start to use public transformation for her to explore the city, Uppa is a bit bulky and heavy for that.
