One tiny, teeny downside, though — when I was taking Accutane for my acne, this wasn’t such a good match for my skin. It does a great job of both brightening the under eyes and taking down the redness of big blemishes. The brand also claims that it's "smudge-proof, budge-proof and transfer-proof and lasts for up to 16 hours. But I have to say that I really do think that this concealer delivers—and so does the rest of the team. The concealer has a really creamy texture that I found blended really well over my skin and negated the need for foundation.

Formulated with cica, it helps to take down redness while it works to disguise everything else without leaving any greasy-looking "glow" behind. Once applied to the skin, the cream formula transforms into a malleable putty that quite literally disguises everything it touches. Claims: Collection claim this is a ‘vegan, mattifying, full-coverage concealer that lasts up to 16 hours. Over the years, the formula has changed somewhat (originally I used the balm-like version that came in a compact), but it's just gotten better and better. There’s now a fair shade range catering to numerous skin tones and undertones, which I’m sure will grow even more with time.

While you might want something a little easier to blend for under-eye circles and bags, when you wake up to an angry zit, this is the makeup product you want on hand. It still covers redness instantly, neutralises my under eye circles and works its magic on even the angriest of spots! I'm very lucky to have skin that, aside from the odd hormonal breakout, is fairly well behaved, however when it comes to sleep, the situation is a little less rosy (oh, hey, dark circles).If I needed a concealer to last all day and all night without any major need for reapplication, I'd reach for this. In fact, I've tried every concealer that has ever come my way as a beauty editor (of which there have been hundreds), and I can safely say there are only 11 full-coverage concealer formulas that I feel confident enough to recommend to those with intense dark circles and uneven skin tone like myself.
