About this deal

Craig Davidson captures that dynamic in The Saturday Night Ghost Club, which centers on a group of misfit kids growing up in 1980s Niagara Falls.

This production contains gunfire audio, loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe, and strong language. They often explore individual backstories or strange events in Hawkins that don't directly depend on the chronology of the TV series, providing additional fun and intrigue for fans of the franchise. The girls quickly realize that the other teenagers hail from the 71st century, and have traveled back to 1988 to change history, against the will of their predecessors. Luckily, the pop cultural details of the game — included by its eighties-obsessed creator — add a dose of lighthearted fun to an otherwise suspenseful and complex story.

When word gets around about an important government experiment in the small town of Hawkins, she signs on as a test subject for the project, code-named MKULTRA.He lets Eleven – and you – in on all his well-kept secrets from when he was a detective in New York City. Perhaps the tv drama was based on a later book but, although the writing was accomplished and professional, I wasn't enchanted by the story. Saw this get a number of bad reviews on other sites but I genuinely don't think it's as bad as people say it is. Our heroines are soon inexorably entwined in this supreme intergenerational conflict — and besides that, have to deal with the disorienting personal consequences of themselves randomly being transported back and forth in time. You’re left hungry for more, but in the best way possible, as the book manages the balancing act between interconnected prequel and standalone story.
