Although I enjoyed the book and couldn't wait to see what would happen, Cat makes some really stupid decisions.

At one point she says that the brother of a killed child must be in his 20s, and then she says that a guy of 35ish is of the right age to be him.She finds out Beth was apprehended and Dylan is safe but she has a spinal injury and nothing will ever be the same. like Cat trying to reach Charlie's husband knowing that her face is plastered all over the media, and she is a big suspect for murder. when her son went missing and she was told where he was supposed to be, she doesn't go to that person's house immediately.
