Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) said: ‘He who loves the deeds of a people, good or bad, is just like the one who commits them'[1] He added: “We’re large in numbers right now, two billion. If the two billion just marched on Israel it’s all over, if they spat in the direction of Israel, it’s all over.” I’m sure there are other reasons why I am a hizbee but by Allah, I say to these people, fear Allah. Find me where I call to something other than Qur’an, Sunnah, Salafiyyah. This isn’t me being arrogant, this is me saying I want to rectify my mistakes before i meet Allah.

The campaigners who wrote to the Charity Commission on Thursday said: “We urge the Commission to launch an urgent investigation into the charities, with a view to taking further regulatory action, and to make a public statement reconfirming that the Commission will have no tolerance for Islamist extremism, including anti-Semitism, incitements to violence and the glorification of terrorism.” He added that some of the allegations raised “may constitute a criminal offence and you should report any such concerns to the police”. ‘Victory for the mujahideen’ Other examples seen by this newspaper include a preacher at Cheadle Mosque in Manchester, another charity, praying for the victory of the “mujahideen” in the Palestinian territories, while another sermon hosted by in a council library in Redbridge, north-east London, demanded “victory for the believers”. Now when it comes to a lot of the duaat out there from amongst those who are upon the way of the soofis or ikhwanis, this term “hizbiyyah” or “hizbee” may apply because frankly they only call to their own organisations or groups or other people who hold their twisted views. They call bigotedly towards them and mislead people from the Sunnah. But there will come a time, Muslims, there will come a time... And we relate the hadith of the prophets of Allah, [saying] that the Muslims and the Jews they will fight. And there is coming a time where there will be fighting. And He told us that the inanimate objects speak on those things. The inanimate object will speak.

The Sheikh replied: Not everyone’s statements in this issue are accepted, if it comes from someone like Shaikh Ibn Baaz or like Shaikh Ibn ’Uthaimeen then it is possible that his statement is relied on, as for anyone and everyone, then such statements are not taken from them. (Baab maa Jaa’a fi Miqdaar Diyyatidh-Dhimmi min Sharh Sunan Abi Dawuud) Academics compiled a dossier of sermons at British mosques, which are being reported to the police, and shared it with The Telegraph earlier this week. However, as has long been a trend and sadly one that started on the forums of the west and has now found its way into the muslim countries, there are those who are striving for salafiyyah yet they are labelled “hizbees”. These brothers are doing their best to tread the way of the salaf. They may have problems, mistakes, misunderstandings or differing views BUT they still fundamentally adhere to the way of the companions and those who follow them. Guard strictly (five obligatory) As-Salawaat (the prayers) especially the Salatul Wustaa (the Asr prayer) [2:238] [ٱلۡوُسۡطَىٰ]; meaning: the best, most excellent etc.

This is our call. Follow the Book Of Allah, the sunnah of His messenger (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) and the manhaj of the righteous salaf. Leave off the hizbiyyah and the real hizbees. What? As Sheikh Abdul Muhsin said – This is a clear innovation! But many of these people do not understand even an iota of this because they do not seek beneficial knowledge, rather they have taken it upon themselves to be the gatekeepers of Salafiyyah. I quote Sheikh Rabee (hafidahullah) because some of these won’t accept it unless it comes from him:So we say to Abu Ibraheem Husnayn: Do you promote the staunch supporters of Mubtadi’ah and consider them to be upon the balanced path?! How can the staunch followers of Mubtadi’ah be considered as such, rather the people upon the balanced path are those who abandon the obstinate figureheads of bidah and their staunch followers. They reject the shubuhaat of the figureheads of bidah and their staunch followers at Masjid As-Sunnah (Manchester), Masjid Al-Ghurabaa (Luton), Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah (Brixton), Masjid Al-Furqan (Manchester) and other people of hizbiyyah. And these people are a people today who sit by while their missiles and their bombs kill indiscriminately. They are a people who have no shame. They a people who have no limits. They are a people who have no morality and no fear of Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala. They are a people who developed amnesia and forgetfulness, that they themselves, how they were crushed under oppressors in the past. And they are few in number. And they themselves have forgotten where they came from and where they are going. The intent behind this is to understand that [الوسطية] in the religious context is that which is ‘best’ and the ‘Justice in the Religion’—(and it is) to follow that which Allaah (The Mighty)and Magestic) has commanded and keep away from that which He has forbidden. As for the explanation of [الوسطية] in the religious context with a meaning other than this meaning, it is (founded upon something) ready to crumble. It is a mirage which a thirsty one considers water (i.e. an illusion). [3]

And follow not (O man i.e., say not, or do not or witness not, etc.) that of which you have no knowledge (e.g. one’s saying: “I have seen,” while in fact he has not seen, or “I have heard,” while he has not heard). Verily! The hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those you will be questioned (by Allah). [17:36] Abu Ibraheem (Husnayn) recommends Abu Suhaib Bassam- a student and staunch supporter of the Murji Mubtadi, Ali Al-Halabi. When this Abu Suhaib entered the city of Manchester, he proceeded for Dawah with the followers of Al-Halabi Al-Murji Al-Mubtadi, Al-Maghraawi At-Takfeeri Al-Mubtadi and and Al-Maribi Al-Ikhwaani al-Mubtadi at Masjid As-Sunnah [Cheethamhill]. And he was asked: “Ahsan Allah elaikum Sahib Al-Fadilah (literally: Companion of virtuousness, i.e. that he hafithahu Allah is a virtuous Sheikh), this questioner says: In recent times there has been an increase in insults by saying “so-and-so is not a Salafi, or is not of the Salafiyyin”, so is this statement considered one of Tabdi’, and if so, is establishing the proof against [the one being insulted this way] necessary?” Al-Sheikh Al-Albani rahimahu Allah: “The second and not the first” (Silsilah Al-Huda Wal-Nur, 8/751) Usthad Abu Ibraheem Hussnayn made a Post On Face Book Against Those People (SPUBS) who Falsely accusing him as A “Hizbee” Astagfirullah.I want to deal with an issue because I’m sure we’ve all come across it, many of us probably don’t understand it, others probably lose sleep over it and perhaps it ruins the lives of some.
