Anyone Can Die: Aside from Elijah and Kenji, don't expect those who appeared in the first volume to last until the end. He aids his son from behind the scenes as he evades and eventually with the help of mercenaries from Nomad (some of them former Propater operatives) fights the Propater. He later stops acting stupid and insists on wearing only the apron while he lives with Miriam and Feyman.

In a later volume, Kahn says he always works with multinational teams, because it's no fun when everyone are the same. Recently I read that the latest edition of 'One Piece' had an inital print run of four million copies, which I think is the largest print run in recent history, not too sure if 'One Piece' is for me, but four million copies, phew! Little is revealed of the quiet but ruthless assassin Kenji during the first few volumes, until we’re treated to a flashback of his childhood and the events that lead him to choose such a dangerous path in his life. Many readers go for the nihilistic aspect presented saying that the message of the manga is about that the humanity cannot be saved and people can't do anything about it.

Hiroki Endo put an emphasis on presenting the stark setting and conditions of living in the volume, and also made it clear that it is an intelligent plot no matter how slow it is.

Despite the issues presented in this manga, that where really akward during my reading experience, I consider that Eden it's an Endless World is a good manga with a lot of messages that applies in the real life and it encourages the reader to reflect on them, however, I don't consider it as the 8th wonder of the world like many others do. The planet seems to be covered in chaos, with 15% of the world’s population decimated by the new disease and countless wars and disasters happening. Not so this story, it may be confusing sometimes, as Endo jumps in time like Heinlein in “Stranger in a strange land” but there is always something that clears things up.
