Sascha Macchi, Senior Brand Manager for Rowntree's said: "If we had to sum up our Randoms Squidgy Swirls in one word, it would be scrumptious! Our newest chews are deliciously fruity and creamy-tasting, with an immensely satisfying squidge. They make a fun and playful treat for fruity chew lovers of all ages!"

I'd still give it a solid 7/10, just for presentation of the interior, the better value for money, and the chocolate on offer was still nice enough and enjoyable. Meg Miller, Brand Manager for KitKat said: "Our new KitKat Bites are truly mouth-watering morsels, boasting a rich filling and crispy wafer pieces encased in a milk chocolate shell. Perfect for a little evening indulgence, such as a family film night or after dinner treat, KitKat Bites deliver an intense, chocolatey hit with every mouthful. This is a grown-up twist on our much-loved brand, and we are so excited to bring KitKat Bites to the market. We can't wait for people to try them!"Up first is the Cadbury Creme Egg, an Easter staple and I thought was the best way to start the review. The box comes with a large Cadbury chocolate egg and two individual creme eggs. Overall, the weight comes to 233g - a 153g chocolate egg and two 40g creme eggs. The flavour for the egg was good, very similar to the chocolate you would find on KitKat bars, it has a sweetness to it but still a rich cocoa flavour. It was the second-best tasting chocolate egg, behind Cadbury, and was a nice surprise. Nestlé eggs used to be a bit underwhelming but it looks like they've improved the taste a bit. Also new to the Rowntree's range are Jelly Tots Tropical Tots. A vegan friendly treat, Tropical Tots are made with real fruit juice and come in five tangy flavours: passion fruit, peach, pineapple, grapefruit and mango. Jelly Tots Tropical Tots are available exclusively in Tesco stores from the middle of February.

Below you will find the ingredients and allergens in Kit Kats. After reading this article, you will be clear on what is in this candy including any eggs. Kit Kat Ingredients After a thorough examination of the ingredients, it is evident that there are no direct mentions of eggs. Kit Kat candies are egg-free as is further verified by the allergen information below. Kit Kat Allergens A tasty milk chocolate egg with an additional treat in the form of a Peter Rabbit plush toy from the enchanting World of Beatrix Potter – exclusively available at Tesco.Presentation-wise, the box also comes with a basket-style inner card, but the enchanted eggs came in a very plain white bag, not very "enchanted" looking as the name suggests. It was a bit more of a plain flavour, a more basic, cheaper chocolate, almost. It wasn't off-putting, but could have been better. The breakability was good, though, the chocolate was a little thinner than the Cadbury egg and broke easily into lots of smaller pieces. The salted caramel popcorn flavour is there but it is subtle. If you are looking for a strong flavouring this is not for you, but if you like a subtle hint of something different you will love this.

Interestingly the flavour is much stronger than the taste - you get a real waft of the salted caramel. Cadbury is the classic staple when it comes to Easter Eggs. However, Mars and Nestlé also put out plenty of options for families to consider. Another offering from Mars Inc, but I had high hopes for this one. Galaxy is one of my favourite chocolate bars and I was excited to taste an Easter Egg made with it for a change. Available in milk chocolate and caramel flavour sharing bags, Aero Melts will be available in supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide from the beginning of February. An Aero Melts orange variant will be available exclusively in Asda stores.Milk: Kit Kat contains nonfat milk, lactose, and milk fat. Aero Senior Brand Manager Marion Miles said: " Aero is renowned for its unique combination of chocolate and bubbles that melt effortlessly in your mouth, giving you a little uplifting moment. The science and technology behind Aero made it unique from the start - but we continually look for new ways to innovate and delight fans. We are thrilled to introduce a completely different way to experience our famous bubbles this year, with new Aero Melts. Perfect for sharing, Aero Melts flood the mouth with bubbly chocolate for a truly delicious treat."

If you're going out of your way to buy a Galaxy Easter Egg, personally I think it's only justified that you expect the chocolate egg to be made from Galaxy, not the same plain, underwhelming chocolate you get in all other Mars Inc Easter eggs. I was really disappointed because I had high hopes for this egg, and then I realised I'd bought an Easter Egg pretty much identical to the last, give or take the chocolate that comes with it. Presentation-wise, the box is bright and colourful with a hole for you to see the egg inside, a classic Cadbury move - but the interior was a lot of plain white card, leaving a lot to be desired. So, I was given the task of buying some of the biggest names on our shelves, giving them a nibble and ranking them. I bought a Cadbury Creme Egg Easter Egg, a Maltesers Teasers Easter Egg, a Galaxy Enchanted Eggs Easter Egg, and a KitKat Easter Egg. I think the chocolate egg breaks the best out of the three different eggs on offer, it breaks into a few bigger pieces quite easily, but not enough to make a big mess.Easter is here, and you know what that means, it's time to choose a chocolate egg from the colourful and alluring shop displays. Of course, everyone has their own personal preferences, but with so many on offer it can be difficult to work out which taste best or represent the best value for money. Sadly, it doesn't get better from there. At first, I thought the chocolate was a little less impressive than the standard of Galaxy that I know, but then I realised why. The chocolate egg itself is exactly the same as the Malteser egg. Getting into the taste, the chocolate tasted good, it had a bit more of a snap to it than the Cadbury chocolate egg, but had a good sweetness to it. It did feel like it was missing something compared with the Cadbury egg, though.
