So, which filter should you use for your V60 brew? It ultimately depends on your personal taste preferences. If you prefer a clean and bright cup of coffee, go for a white paper filter. If you prefer a more full-bodied cup with a hint of earthiness, try a brown paper filter. If you’re looking for a richer cup with more oils, a metal filter may be your best option.
