Low tones are really tight and clear. There is no mud, it extremely clean. Own stays in its place and does not overshadow other sounds. The Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones have established themselves as a firm favourite amongst music producers, sound engineers and broadcasters and are used in studios all over the world. Features & Specifications Of The Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 I use the RME Babyface Pro Fs, more than enough gain. But on my samsung phone max volume is about 70%-80% of what I would prefer as ideal. It's okay, not bad, but I'd recommend an headphone preamp if you want to drive the 250ohm version just from phone. The DT 770 studio headphone is designed to deliver accurate sound. It does all this while giving you a very comfortable fit for long music production sessions. Who Is Beyerdynamic? Therefore, If you also do a lot of DJ gigging and produce bass-heavy music, the DT 770 Pro 80 might be a good studio headphone for you.The DT 770 pro 80-ohm version is pretty similar to the 250ohm version, but it’s more suitable for casual listening and somewhat less intended for critical listening. The bulk of the features remain the same, and it’s generally equally valuable for the cash. DT 770 250-Ohm SOUND: Overall very clear sound with wide stereo image. I find them especially good for rough mixes because of the wide stereo image. Bass is clear and tight, no mud and mush in the low end, which is exceptional at this price level. Mids are well defined and clear. Highs are very nice, but kind of soft, so you will want to take that into consideration while mixing. Most other headphones and monitors will sound brighter and crispier. I personally prefer the tamed highs on DT770, since they allow me to listen for longer, without as much ear fatigue. This is totally a personal preference though. Just so there is no confusion: you can hear all the highs properly (at least in my hearing range, which is up to 17.5 kHz). Beyerdynamic is a German own company that produces headphones, microphones, wireless audio, and other audio systems. Additionally, with a robust spring steel headband and a soft head pad, the Beyerdynamic Pro studio headphones are quite comfortable to wear for hours. Cons Of The Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250

I like the 770s so much that this is my second pair. Even though I think my Amirons and 880s are better headphones, sonically speaking, I find that I now use the 770s most of all and I would hate to be without them. I find them particularly satisfying when listening to jazz, the Amirons more so with classical. In terms of sheer value for money the 770s make the Amirons look like more of an indulgence that an unequivocal game-changing improvement! And, I don’t feel I have to be so precious in the way I treat these headphones (which is ironic really, given the fact that the Amirons are distinctly more solidly built). The Beyerdynamic Pro 250 ohm has an impressive 5Hz-35kHz frequency response with 250-ohm impedance. This allows you to hear more clearly to perform your best during your listening session. The DT 770 250 ohm is better for mixing, mastering, reference, and critical listening situations. It has a better soundstage, more detail and more clarity for the studio environment. The DT 80 ohm might be better for a casual and studio environment. On top of that the comfort and the overall mechanical design was increased and a removable XLR cable was added that can be swapped out depending on what you’re doing. +Which ist the best headphone for mixing and mastering? In general, our DT 770 PRO, DT 700 PRO X and DT 990 PRO, DT 900 PRO X studio headphones are suitable for streamers and can be used for gaming accordingly. To find the perfect headset for your own use, we recommend our online gaming guide. +What is the difference between PRO and PRO X?

Thanks to the STELLAR.45 driver, The PRO X range are going to sound excellent in the Studio, plugged into an interface or amplifier – but you can also use them on the go if you plug them into a laptop or a smartphone as they are going to turn up very loud. Additionally, here are some concerns about the plastic on the headphone feeling a bit cheap for a headphone in this price range. Those features might look cheap but they hold up quite well and they were the least of my worries. Therefore, the Audio-Technica M50x is great for bass-heavy music such as dance music. If you also do a lot of DJ gigging and produce bass-heavy music, the Audio-Technica M50x might be a better headphone for you. Although it is a V-shape sounding headphone, it is quite aggressive in presenting the details. Everything sounded quite the way it should, not neutral, but still very good. The 770 Pro 250 ohm has transducers fitted to adjustable yokes which gives the ability to better position the headphone to fully enclose the ear. As a result, this will provide the optimum listening experience for accurate sound monitoring. Impressive Frequency Response There are a few features that are quite similar in both studio headphones, but the ATH-M50x has an impedance of 38 ohms compared to 250 ohms of the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250.
