I get this minty vibes in the opening which gives it a cooling effect in the summer/high heat situation. Fragrances like versace pour homme, or artisan pure are a good example of a well made bright sour citrus.

On the other hand, Forever gets sweeter (floral sweet, orange blossom ish plus other non-saccharine sweet florals) plus the lemony dry down of OG Light Blue and less Italian Zest. My husband and I agreed it smelled like cheap air freshener, like in a public bathroom, sorry to be graphic. based on spraying it on the tester strip and a spritz on my forearm - I loved the strong, zesty, bitter grapefruit opening too much to pass on it; it's almost salty, it sparkles on your skin. It is an absolute BLAST of grapefruit with a bitter / sweet touch to it, but I am not exaggerating when I say the initial opening is like putting your nose in a freshly cut Grapefruit.
