Despite his more "guitar-heavy" album Born With Horns arriving at some point in the near future, Machine Gun Kelly's pop-punk era has just been immortalised in POP! vinyl form by Funko. In January, the 31-year-old recording artist spoke to Variety about his new film Taurus, and the parallels between him and the character that he plays in the semi-autobiographical drama about a musician struggling with substance abuse, the pressures of the music business, and turbulence in his personal life. With all of the drugs that I would do, with all of the strangers who have nothing but their own selfish interests in mind when, you know, giving me things or encouraging a downfall mixed in with my own self-inflicted will to sabotage myself. Machine Gun Kelly released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010 before signing with Sean Combs’ Bad Boy Records, who discovered him at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas. This isn’t the first time the musician has collabed with the collectible franchise, previously releasing its first launch with him in 2021. Three members of Slipknot also have their own POP!s ( Corey Taylor, Sid Wilson and Craig Jones), so given MGK and Corey's recent feud, maybe don't put those two together…
