In terms of dimensions, the 4 Pro is taller, longer, and has a less wide platform compared to the Pro 2. When folded, the 4 Pro measures 1240 mm x 1198 mm x 480 mm, while the Pro 2 measures 1180 mm x 1130 mm x 430 mm. The larger size of the 4 Pro is due to its bigger wheels and more powerful motor.
The first thing you may notice about the Pro 2 and Max G30 is that they actually look very similar. This is because both are manufactured by Ninebot and based on the original Xiaomi 365 Pro. For instance, the battery is housed in the base of both scooters, they both have a top speed of 25 km/h and three riding modes. Their LCD displays are also the same, being based on the original M365 Pro. The dash shows your speed, battery level and mode, as well as things like bluetooth. The Xiaomi 3 seems to have been made less performant on purpose so it will be street-legal internationally. Most of the other specs will be comparable or identical. Xiaomi Mi Pro 2 vs Xiaomi 1S The range of the Xiaomi Mi Pro 2 is 45 km / 28 mi, and that is arguably this scooter’s strongest weapon. This kind of range makes it stand out in its price category, clearly outshining most other scooters that only provide between 25 and 30 km / 15 and 18 mi of range. Commuter electric scooters - A commuter e-scooter is a type of electric scooter that’s designed specifically, as its name suggests, for everyday city commutes. They’re designed to be sleeker and more lightweight, a lot of them having a folding capability to make them easier to take on a bus or a train.
Hill grade - An electric scooter’s hill grade rating is the incline angle that its motor can handle when going up a hill. Most commuter e-scooters have a hill grade rating of 15% to 20%. Bigger battery capacity does give it greater range but it also means an increase in charging time which now takes over 8 hours for a complete charge.

There is minimal assembly required before riding. You only have to install the handlebar into the stem, and the whole process takes just a minute. While flats should be rare, they can still happen. Also, a tire can get worn out over time as well, which will also require a change. That’s why the Pro 2 comes with a spare tire, which is a great move by Xiaomi to support their customers in my opinion, as just the tire itself can end up costing quite a lot.
The 4 Pro offers a maximum range of up to 55 km, while the Pro 2 has a maximum range of up to 45 km. Please note that actual range may vary depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, speed, and riding conditions. The Pro 2 and Max G30 both have pneumatic tyres, a mechanical brake controlled by a bike-like brake lever on the left-hand handlebar, a built-in electronic brake (to stop the scooter exceeding the top speed) and an accelerator switch/button on the right-hand handlebar. The Pro 2 is on the left and the Max G30 is on the right in the image below. The Differences The Ninebot Max is probably the next-level scooter after the Pro 2. It’s about 5 kmh / 3 mph faster, and has a slightly stronger motor. The range of the Ninebot Max is amazing, at 64 km / 40 mi, and its larger 10-inch tires are even stronger and provide even smoother rides. Also, with an IPX5 rating, the Ninebot Max is better protected against water damage.

There’s also a red brake light on the rear fender that’s turned on when you brake. Both of them are quite strong, which makes the scooter safe for riding at night. There’s a thumb throttle accelerator next to the right grip, with the brake lever attached to the left grip. In the middle of the handlebar, you’ll find the bell, which has a latch underneath that secures the stem to the rear mudguard when folded. The LED display on the steering stem displays your current speed, riding mode and how much battery capacity you have remaining. The 4 Pro can support a maximum weight of 120 kg, while the Pro 2 has a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg.
