A delightful, three bedroom cottage situated in the quiet, traditional coastal village of Charmouth. The cottage has been modernised to a very good standard and offers comfortable accommodation for couples or families.

The cottage was not as clean as some we have stayed in recently and despite asking everyone to empty the bins no spare bin bags were provided.Really sorry that dishwasher manual was not available, I will make sure that that is remedied soon as. This reverse-level property is bright and homely, with stylish touches throughout. On the ground floor, you will find both bedrooms, one double and one twin, which are lovingly decorated with comfortable beds and built-in storage. On this level, there is also a shower room with a thermostatic shower. Head upstairs to the first floor which houses the lovely open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. There are comfortable sofas to relax in, as well as a TV and Bluetooth speaker for evening entertainment. The quaint kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal which the family can enjoy at the dining table, whilst admiring the tranquil views through the French doors and across the Juliet balcony. The apartment is in a great location, great for getting to the coast or mountains. Loch Ness and Fort Augustus a short drive. The apartment itself had more than everything we needed. It lies within one mile of the A6 trunk road which offers easy access to Leicester, Kettering, and the A14/M1. Riverside is a short distance from Market Harborough Railway Station and the town centre. The unit is situated on a lightly used cul de sac, and offers excellent access for HGV lorries. The location was superb for us as a base to explore the Scottish Highlands. It is convenient to a great hotel serving excellent food and drink and we slept well every night! The cottage benefits from a stream and wooded area at the bottom of a small south facing patio garden making this a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun while listening to the sound of the water. A wonderful base for enjoying this unique part of the World Heritage coastline. A dishwasher was listed but there wasn’t one. Parking a bit of a problem. Hoover was rubbish. The cottage is in a lovely location, and clean on arrival.
