About this deal

Uncle Nat is taking Hal on the train from Sweden to the Aurora Sky Station, Abisko, Finland to see the Northern Lights. Join Hal and Uncle Nat on more stops in this thrilling series with: Murder on the Safari Star, Danger at Dead Man's Pass and Sabotage on the Solar Express. If you're a fan of middle grade, then you can't go wrong with these books - there's something in there for everyone, and the true sense of adventure is outstanding. It was such a pleasure to meet you both, and I really appreciated how smoothly and professionally you ran everything.

My 10 year old recently got a children's Kindle with Kids+ Unlimited free for a year and the Adventures on Trains series was included - apart from this book. However these novels are the first books, other than the Frostheart and The Familiars series, that he has been absolutely obsessed with and looking forward to reading them whenever he has the time. Ignoring the fact that it should have been introduces way earlier in the series, we find out Uncle Nat has a partner? Yet news of Morti’s Nobel Prize has kicked off a chain of troubling incidents, including thefts, ransacking and shadowing. The sixth and I think final installment of the Adventures on Trains series sees Hal and his uncle Nat on a train to the Arctic circle, the problem being there is also an assassin aboard! I love the fact that at the end of the book the authors take the time to explain which elements of their story are truth and which are fiction. At time for bed Nat realises that his phone and the room key are both missing from his jacket pocket. While they are unpacking Nat looks at Hal's drawings - and his face drops - a man in the orchestra drawing looks familiar but it can't be, can it - he's supposed to be dead. Yesterday a parent came over to tell me how impressed she was by the book fair and that you did a fabulous job of selling the books to the children first.

Like usual you suspect the wrong people at first, and I was convinced that some things that were important to the plot were totally irrelevant. Once again, the story is brought to life by the beautiful illustrations by Elisa Paganelli, and I love looking for little hints and tips in her artwork, it really is stunning. They are travelling to the Aurora Sky Station in the Arctic circle, to see the Northern Lights for Christmas. Your words, like your reviews, bring books to life and give them a voice before the front cover is even turned. I was at my last school for 4 years and we had ********* book fairs every term – and every term, I was disappointed by the narrow range of books. We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. Before writing stories for children, he worked as a playwright, journalist, and digital producer, and founded a company making murder mystery treasure hunts for adventurous Londoners. Bronnie is so lovely with the boys and we also felt that having a man enthusing about the books set a great example. You guys are such a force for good and I am a passionate supporter of Indie booksellers, so I'm so happy this worked out well (I'd love to know how many books were sold if you have it to hand - it felt like quite a lot!

Then again, it’s not the threats made to Morti’s life that lead her to withdraw from travelling to see the Aurora Borealis. You guys were so fab and Dawn was such a lovely presence in the schools - I will absolutely be in touch next time I'm in your neck of the woods.I haven't charted out my visits for the summer term, but I'm sure there are several in the south) and thanks so much for being so fantastic!
