All of the cookbooks have recipes for machine and oven-baked bread (prepped using the machine’s dough cycle), most have recipes for buns, muffins, pastries, pizza, flatbreads, etc. It seems not as our bread was soon out of the bread maker, being sliced and then served with melted butter on top. I was a little disappointed with Brilliant breadmaking because there were no colour illustrations of the different breads. There are chapters on breads for those on special or restricted diets, such as gluten-free, and recipes using spelt and rye flours.
