Since there isn’t much to do in Glennallen, I recommend heading out after breakfast to get that drive done early in the day. Along the way, you’ll be driving along Turnagain Arm; keep your eyes peeled for Belugas in the water and Dall sheep on the rocky mountainsides. Homer is a three-hour drive from Seward, so I would drive from Seward to Homer on Day 12 and stay there through Day 13-14 depending on your timing.
