Our salmon fillet also had even browning, crisp skin and a good crust on the top, but the real winner was chicken breast, which was among some of the best air-fryer chicken we've ever tasted: juicy, tender and packed with flavour.But the many presets, generous size, and accompanying app make this one of the best multifunctional air fryers available. It proved intuitive to use on test, thanks to a clear display panel, responsive controls and easy-to-use pre-sets. I used the steak function for the pork steak, which was a 6 minute preset on 220 before switching to the french fries function as I had the mini potatoes in too. It was touch-and-go on Brussels sprouts in our tests but we can forgive it for the excellent fries, shrimp, and wings.
