About this deal

My desk is 180cm by 80cm and holds my desktop tower, work laptop and 3x 27 inch monitors so the frame would need to support a fair bit of weight.

Surprised just how stable this as at its top height, which was a big reason for me going for the 3-stage type.I thought 'collision detection' was a paid extra so I wasn't expecting it but if the desk lightly snags on a cable or chair arm as it goes up or down the motor will notice the friction and stop – an excellent safety feature which I wasn't expecting but is greatly appreciated! Its not the easiest to assemble if i remember correctly, instructions could definitely have been clearer and labels on what is what would have saved me some time.

All Accessories Ergonomic desk accessories are designed to improve posture and positioning as well as helping to create a slick, efficient and organised space. With the weight of the table top, 2x 27" monitors, a laptop, 2x speakers and my general work papers etc, the desk still moves up and down effortlessly and while it does make a whiring noise it lasts for about 15 seconds while the table adjusts its height (see video). It also comes with a load of cable management goodies which kept me entertained for longer than it should have. This shows that thickening is welded in the tube where you secure the sliding mechanism with the screws (see photo). I was able to assemble single handedly until I needed help upending it - out is extremely heavy to move around!
