yes even though I wasn’t a fan of the particular flavour we tried, I think the concept is good and it makes a nice thick casserole which is often difficult in a slow cooker. The one thing that would make it greater is chunkier bits of veg in it to add to the texture, other than that it makes a pleasant meal for the whole family.All foods are fine within the context of a balanced diet, but this is a good way to get more volume of food for your calories!
