When the case LED Charge Light 6 flashes WHITE for 5 seconds or does not light up then, it is time to recharge the Case. The innovative technology inside these noise-canceling wireless earbuds monitors the surrounding background noise and generates an inverted sound wave to cancel out the surrounding noise. The ANC mode (active noise cancellation) mode allows you to block out the world and really focus on the sounds you’re listening too. Connect the case to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port or a power bank using the USB C charging cable 8supplied.

At any one time, the ear buds can hold 5 hours, which is decent - especially considering the fast charge, which means that a 15 minute charge should you run out of battery will give you another 2 hours playtime. TOP TIP: For better noise isolation, comfort and sound quality ensure the correct sized (S, M or L) ear cushions (supplied) are fitted on the earbuds.When pushing the headphones with music such as dance, there is a little murkiness - levels aren't quite as clear and distinguishable as the aforementioned higher-end offerings, but it was enjoyable enough for me. Each time you double tap the touch sensor on the right earbud you will hear a voice telling you which mode you are in. Servicing may be required when the product has been damaged in any way, does not operate normally or has been dropped.

Simply remove the earbud you wish to use from the case, if you had paired the earbuds to your phone in stereo each earbud will work on its own. If there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ or ‘unpair’ both earbuds in your Bluetooth settings, place them back in the case and start again.
IMPORTANT: Do not use a laptop power adapter or charger to charge these earbuds - as it may cause damage to the product. Essentially, you drop the ear buds back into the case each time you finish using them and this will top them back up. A. One of the Earbud LED Lights will flash BLUE and WHITE, wait for approximately 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other before pairing with your device. The ANC does muffle out sounds slightly and the transparency mode will let a little more sound through. Do not drop, short circuit, disassemble or continue to use this product and its portable charging case if damaged. In terms of features, you do have a built in mic that offers good quality seeing as how far away it is from your mouth. Each time you double-tap the RIGHT Touch Sensor you will hear a voice announcement telling you which mode you are in, ‘ANC on, Transparent mode on, and ANC off’. The LED charge indicator will flash blue while charging and will then remain a solid blue once fully charged. A voice prompt ‘Battery low’ allows for 2 minutes playtime before the earbud(s) power down stating ‘Battery low, power off.
Before trying to use the noise canceling feature make sure you have tried all 3 sizes of silicone cushion.For items that are dispatched using our standard service, we ask that you wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before reporting any items as undelivered.
