This is possibly the best winter fragrance it's like a niche Spicebomb Extreme with a massive Arabian touch. I tried this again with Instant Crush on my other wrist to compare the two and they're not as similar as I thought. The rich and intoxicating blend of aromatic spices, velvety tonka bean, and smoky incense creates a captivating scent that lingers in the air.

For example, some top note citrus scents smell stronger immediately upon application, while a lavender middle note may be sensed after some time from application as the top note evaporates. It stands on it’s own in this house and beyond, and imo is very much worthy of the hype because of the uniqueness and value it brings to the table.Honestly didn’t like this house for years but since I got myself an intense cafe, sensual instinct bottle and Arabians tonka recently, I’m enjoying them very much.

I agree with others that there is a slight metallic undertone to it (due to the saffron - often people pick it up as medicinal, myself included). i'm guessing that the formula just does not agree with my skin, as i've had overwhelmingly positive experiences with most other montale fragrances. however, i would recommend either trying this one out at home or maybe carrying some rubbing alcohol on you just in case things go south. The perfume rubs off my neck on to the collar of my daily winter coat and it won't come out unless washed and even then traces of the smell and the stain are still there.
