I don't want the overbearing-in-your-face performance of the old formulations, but it could definitely be better. It's a stimulating cocktail of woods, flowers, and cooling tones of moss you can wear mainly in warm summer weather.

The fir is a prominent note, it creates a sweet, resinous, green foliage, and slightly spicy accord, very vibrant and pleasant. The opening starts off a little bit more astringent than I remember it, but then it fades into the hot cloud of alluring freshness it used to be.It was my brother's that passed away, and am wanting it to go to someone who will appreciate the old vintage formulation. I was talking with someone on Sunday about 4 hours after putting it on and they asked me what I was wearing, so it at least hung around that long. Along with functioning as an intriguing candle making scent, this fragrance is skin safe for bath and body products, including melt and pour soap bases, cold process soaps, lotions, creams, air freshener and body splash bases, potpourri, and potpourri refresher oils. Sometimes the packaging may have changed since the photo was taken, or the photography may be of a different size of the same product.

I then like te curious cat paid through the nose for a 30ml of the old Fierce bottle (red Letters and this smells like Perry Ellis. Not a challenging scent or anything just really good clean and inviting scent with a bit of brightness.Do not expect complexity from this fragrance, but yeah I finally understand why this is a compliment magnet.

As for Molecule 01, I do like to layer it with Fierce as I find the extra iso e super helps with longevity. Don`t get me wrong: Percival is a great fragrance, I like to wear it especially for sports, it is more fresher, more aromatic than Fierce. I kept an open mind and decided to sample it since by chance, I was sent a trial size in the mail (entirely unrequested btw). It feels very sweet for the first 30 minutes until it starts to dry into a nice musky and inviting scent.
