We’ve used the same great resinous qualities of Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Columbus to give that paw-some bitter hop hit but now taken up a notch with the refreshing zing of grapefruit to create a roarsomely, smashable beer. Schöfferhofer is a distinctive brand of German wheat beer that’s been breaking boundaries and setting new standards across the globe.

It’s a 50/50 blend of Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen beer and natural carbonated grapefruit flavor for a zesty and fizzy taste experience. Lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish.
