One thing I really like about this item is that I can use whatever earbuds I want to connect to the item. So if you have a preferred set of headphones like a style that loops over your ears, you can use them with this Bluetooth Neckband. If you have a favorite pair of wired headphones that you just don't want to give up, but crave the freedom of wireless, then this product is for you. The default buds fit my ears nicely, so I didn't open the parts bag, but there are additional parts included and I assume they are different size buds.
