Because we work from the barcode, if producers does not make us aware of a label change we often miss updates until we are contacted about it. The worldly renowned Tcheque Saaz hop from Zatec has been chosen to give the beer this unique bitter note.

Aroma of grainy and bready malt along with dried straw, woody spiciness, some floral character, soft orange marmalade, dried apricot, dull apple, and a hint of a clove-like phenol from the yeast. The range is expanding with the appearance of Goudale de Nöel, "G" de Goudale, Goudale Ambrée, Goudale de Printemps and Goudale IPA. Combine this with an ultra smooth texture and a clearly high end brewing process and you end up with something pretty spectacular. These characteristics derive not only from the grains used but also from restrained hopping with Styrians and the fruity nature (banana and vanilla) of the house yeast.The Goudale IPA is the perfect marriage of several American hops from the plains of Yakima (Washington State-USA). Aromas of big orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/clove, honey, cracker, biscuit dough, toast, light caramel/nutty, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Its light taste of special malts, flavored with Flanders hops as well as its aromas of high fermentation, give LA GOUDALE all its character and balance.
