It is the original plaster (sand and lime) and probably skimmed with Keenes cement or maybe sirapite(pronounced se-ra-fight). Suitable for use on Bathroom and Kitchen surfaces including sinks, taps, plastic baths, shower areas, toilet surfaces, tiles, metal surfaces, glass and mirrors, and other ceramics. Don't know what to say about the UPVC, it's plastic so potentially you can scratch it with the wrong treatment. I learnt this after years of scrubbing, also in a hard water area, when DH, a chemistry proff, asked why I didn't just use citric acid.Robert Dyas Holdings Limited T/A Robert Dyas is an appointed representative of Product Partnerships Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 626349).
