Love the simplicity of this book, a great update, have previously used this book as supporting text for the PTTLS and now the Award in education. Ann has written books in the past which reflect these titles and has updated them when they have changed. She delivers various events in the UK and abroad and is happy to deliver a staff development event at your organisation if you wish. Ann has worked for several awarding organisations producing qualification guidance, policies and procedures, and carrying out the external quality assurance of teaching, assessment and quality assurance qualifications.Both are good books with all of the essential information, however I find that the relevant information seems easier to find with the other book.
