Its a gorgeous balance between the patchouli/musk and honey/pear - I don't get any floral from it and its not so heavy to give me a sore head (so many perfumes do). The only fragrance that has attracted a compliment for me in a nightclub from a hot young woman that I had not met until that night. Good job letting an awesome fragrance go to waste because of hall of fame shitty sillage and longevity.

At its opening the combination of violet and citrus leaves gives me an olfactory illusion like grape juice.

I pray that someday a "parfum or intense" version will be released, the one that came out in 2015, "Gucci pour Homme" with the silver lined box, failed to repair the "defect" of the sillage. I had a bit of worry about whether the "maturity" of this would end up smelling like a granny,but this mellows into more of an incense vibe. I think the explanation when that happens might be an early encounter with someone wearing it - possibly a very brief one . To this day, there is no detectable change in the scent or its performance (the latter being meh to start with). I like most Gucci frags, they are beautifully balanced but I also noticed that they develop better and have greater sillage if your skin is warmer.

Sometimes I smell sweaty patch, sometimes sexy warm skin, sometimes a clean honey-shampoo, sometimes fruitiness. As with all perfumes you have to spray (or dab) depending on what you have bought and then wait several minutes for it to release it's odour.The fragrance is so well-blended, and projects with the full sense of hard work and detail so legendarily accustom to the art of luxury craftsmanship.

The sharpness of the perfume seems to come from the bergamot, which opens up and becomes distinct after a few minutes, yet it doesn't overtake the complex nuance of tobacco and green notes.I noticed the following only after writing my post): Check out how many men "love" this fragrance (below), but cannot recommend it due to poor performance. Whether you prefer floral, fresh or spicy and full-bodied, you’re sure to find the one that suits your personality. Here’s my Un-entertaining, all too long, painfully informative review here lol - please keep this in mind before reading on). so i recommend this scent for close enviroments and nightout, but also for work because it is inoffensive.
