I’ve read all of the Maigret books and was disappointed that an author with such a prolific pipe collection did not reference a pipe brand or tobacco used by the character. This as much a review of a review, than the series, as I've just read the earlier reviews and must correct the outpouring of pretentious nonsense from 'mdjedovic'.
