This is the fourth speaker that I owned of their since the other 3 speakers either had the base blown out or started skipping. The Exos-9 features two 1" silk dome tweeters and two 3" neodymium midrange drivers for clean, dynamic sound. The base production in this speaker is also top notch, easily filling a fairly large room with supreme sound.

The battery is user removable and you will be able to replace it once it runs out, but you won’t be able to charge the battery outside of the speaker, and you will need to use the power cord. I will be honest here, I have unboxed EXOS 9 and had a lot of fun doing so, but I couldn’t really take any photos, because the speaker itself was really big, and the package was even larger. That time had come to arrive, 5 years ago with the introduction of the Aiwa Exos-9, and it's still in production today. If you're looking for a speaker thats louder than the smaller Bluetooth speakers, and does fill the room that you're in with sound. The LCD display poses an immediate risk for damage when in the outdoors, and the lack of weatherproofing is a big drawback.
